DHA has developed the Bob.ai app to help make it easier for you to fill vacancies, complete inspections and manage the Request for Tenant Approval (RFTA) documentation process more efficiently. What is Bob.ai?

This is a technology platform that has various tools to help you find tenants to fill your vacancies, manage the housing quality inspection process and complete RFTA documentation online. The goal is to help streamline the process for both you and your prospective Housing Choice Voucher tenants. Processes that used to take weeks and lots of paper documents are now online and can be completed in days. Bob.ai requires a unique login called a Relationship Code that is connected to your vendor profile with DHA.
