You cannot unselect a property
HOUSTON HOUSING AUTHORITY accepts Public Housing pre-applications at the program level and does not allow applicants to deselect any property. Your family’s needs will be considered in making the invitations to apply. If you decline two invitations your application will be purged from the waitlist.
